INET Consulting Rate Schedule

The Comcast INET department has vast technical expertise within specialized areas of networking, cable, and telecommunications. Comcast engineers can be engaged for testing and certification of network components to ensure operation and support for both pre-deployment verifications and post-deployment impact analysis. Comcast has made a significant investment in various manufacturers tests and certification equipment. Our expertise in this area has matured through process development and clear understanding of how these tools yield useful data to assist with understanding potential issues and concerns of your network environment.

Various services and rates available:

• Testing and Certification of OSI Layer 1,2 802.3 Circuits 10, 100, 1000MB with per circuit reports.
• Analysis of existing network traffic with benchmarks of additional application traffic applied, thus yielding reports with predictive information.
• Customer requested troubleshooting of potential network problems beyond the Comcast infrastructure demarcation points in to the customer owned LAN.

Service rates based on the above:

• $90.00 Basic (This would include Test + Certifications)
• $150.00 Enhanced (This would include deeper analysis and consultative data)

Each rate is hourly unless other wise obligated between Comcast and the customer.

Note: “The above rates are for services beyond our normal trouble shooting processes resulting from technical issues experienced by our customers operating over our networks. These rates and services would be considered enhanced services beyond our normal operational support to assist customers with pure end to end problem isolation or project expectations”.
